Country star set to perform Sept. 26 as festival marks 10-year anniversary

EL PASO - Country music artist Cole Swindell will headline the 2026 Way Out West Fest, organizers announced.

Swindell is scheduled to perform Saturday, Sept. 26, in El Paso as the festival marks its 10-year anniversary.

Organizers described Swindell as a proven hitmaker with multiple No. 1 singles and platinum-certified songs. His catalog includes hits such as “Chillin’ It,” “You Should Be Here” and “She Had Me At Heads Carolina.”

Swindell has released 13 No. 1 singles as an artist and has also found success as a songwriter.

The downtown festival is expected to feature additional performers, though organizers have not yet released a full lineup.
