DACC welcomes students and families with campus bashes this month

Doña Ana Community College is hosting Welcome Back Bashes in August at three locations, offering swag, food and information sessions for students and families.

The free events include swag, giveaways, Dion’s pizza and a chance to connect with staff and resources ahead of the fall semester.

LAS CRUCES - Doña Ana Community College is welcoming students and families back with a series of free “Welcome Back Bashes” this month.

Each event features giveaways, DACC swag, free food from Dion’s for the first 75 attendees, campus tours and information sessions with academic departments and student resource staff.

The bashes are co-sponsored by the college’s Student Government Association.

Upcoming events

  • Monday, Aug. 18 — Espina Campus, 3400 S. Espina St., 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
  • Tuesday, Aug. 19 — East Mesa Campus, 2800 N. Sonoma Ranch Blvd., 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The Espina Campus event is next up, set for tomorrow, Aug. 18.
