Residents and business owners can report damage from recent heavy rainfall and flooding through the county’s online assessment system

LAS CRUCES - Doña Ana County has opened an online damage assessment portal for residents and business owners affected by recent heavy rainfall and flooding.

The county’s Office of Emergency Management said residents can report damage to homes, vehicles, businesses and other property at donaana.gov/DamageAssessment.

Officials are asking residents to provide as much detail as possible when submitting reports.

The county said the portal will help document the extent of damage caused by widespread flooding across Doña Ana County.

Residents seeking additional information can call 211 from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday and from 8:30 a.m. to noon Friday.

The county said additional information will be shared through its official social media channels as it becomes available.
