County officials are looking to fill three seats on the Airport Advisory Board, which helps guide safety, growth and development at the Doña Ana County International Jetport

SANTA TERESA - Doña Ana County is seeking applicants for three openings on the Airport Advisory Board, which helps guide operations, safety and long-term development at the Doña Ana County International Jetport in Santa Teresa.

County officials are looking to fill two full three-year terms running from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2029, along with one unexpired two-year term.

Applicants must live in either Doña Ana County or El Paso County. The county said licensed pilots are especially encouraged to apply.

The seven-member board works with Jetport Manager Jody Young on issues related to airport safety, growth, development and administration. The board also periodically reports to the Doña Ana County Board of County Commissioners.

Board meetings are held monthly and are open to the public under the New Mexico Open Meetings Act.

Applications are due by 5 p.m. Friday, May 29.
