LAS CRUCES - Yesway, a growing convenience store chain, has expanded its presence in New Mexico and Texas with the opening of five new Allsup’s locations in late 2024, including a store at 8951 Mountain Vista Parkway in Las Cruces.

The new Las Cruces location is one of two Allsup’s stores added in New Mexico, alongside a store at 3075 West Main Street in Farmington. Three additional stores opened in Texas, located in Mount Vernon, Lubbock and Keene.

Each of the new Allsup’s stores spans 6,277 square feet, operates 24 hours a day, and offers a variety of convenience items. These include Allsup’s World Famous Burritos, private-label snacks, fresh bread, milk, eggs, and other grocery essentials. Most locations also feature beer caves, Western Union services, ATMs and cryptocurrency ATMs.

Thomas Brown, chief real estate officer for Yesway, highlighted the company’s ongoing growth.

“We look forward to serving our newest customers in New Mexico and Texas in 2025 and becoming trusted members of their communities. Our commitment to excellence and community engagement will remain at the forefront as we continue to expand and innovate,” Brown said.

Yesway acquired the Clovis-based Allsup’s chain in 2019, adding more than 300 locations to its portfolio. The company now operates 440 stores across nine states, including New Mexico, Texas and Iowa, under the Yesway and Allsup’s brands.
