Las Cruces firefighters extinguished a greenhouse fire on Nevada Avenue within about five minutes Monday afternoon. No injuries were reported.

Firefighters brought the Monday afternoon fire under control within about five minutes; no injuries were reported.

LAS CRUCES - Las Cruces firefighters extinguished a greenhouse fire Monday afternoon on the 2300 block of Nevada Avenue.

Firefighters responded just before 5:30 p.m. Monday, June 1, and found a greenhouse on fire.

Crews brought the fire under control within about five minutes. The fire did not damage any adjacent buildings, and officials reported no injuries.

Officials are investigating the cause of the fire.
