The Mesilla gallery will highlight Glenn’s watercolors and Rimbach’s oil paintings during its August exhibition.

MESILLA - Mesilla Valley Fine Arts Gallery will feature artists Sue Ann Glenn and Frank Rimbach during August at its gallery on Calle de Guadalupe.

The gallery is located at 2470-A Calle de Guadalupe in Mesilla, across from the Fountain Theatre. It is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Sue Ann Glenn

Glenn is a watercolorist whose work focuses on ordinary objects and scenes. She studied art education at Central Michigan University and taught elementary art for 15 years in a Michigan school system.

After 32 years of teaching, Glenn retired to focus full time on watercolor.

Frank Rimbach

Rimbach is an oil painter who earned a Master of Fine Arts from New Mexico State University. He has taught at Central Texas College and El Paso Community College.

His work can be found at Mesilla Valley Fine Arts Gallery and in private collections.

In addition to the August featured artists, the gallery includes work by 30 artists in a range of media, including oil, acrylic, pastel and watercolor paintings; fused glass; jewelry; woodturning; stained glass; photography; ceramics; mixed media; gourds; textile weaving; art tile; fiber art; glass beads; antique African trade beads; gemstones; recycled components; colored pencil; charcoal; pen and ink drawings; prints; cards and miniature paintings.
