The new center will connect southern New Mexico residents with healthcare enrollment, housing support, food resources and utility assistance services

LAS CRUCES - Molina Healthcare has opened a new One Stop Help Center in Las Cruces aimed at connecting southern New Mexico residents with healthcare and social support services.

The center, located at 2001 E. Lohman Ave., Suite 1, officially opened Thursday, May 7, during a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by Mayor Eric Enriquez, Molina leadership and community partners.

According to Molina Healthcare of New Mexico, the Las Cruces location is the company’s second One Stop Help Center in New Mexico and is intended to help reduce barriers to healthcare and other essential services by offering multiple forms of assistance in one location.

The center is open to the public regardless of insurance status.

Services available through the center include:

  • Healthcare enrollment assistance and provider navigation
  • Telehealth connections and wellness support
  • Disease management education
  • Housing and shelter resource connections
  • Referrals to food banks and pantries
  • Utility assistance connections for internet, electricity, water and gas services

“Molina Healthcare of New Mexico is deeply committed to the health and well-being of our communities,” said Dr. Darcie Robran Marquez, president of Molina Healthcare of New Mexico, in a statement. “This One Stop Help Center in Las Cruces removes barriers by bringing essential services together while strengthening connections with trusted local partners who help address critical social needs.”

The center will operate Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Fridays from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
