Branigan Book Club to discuss 'James' by Percival Everett on Feb. 25

LAS CRUCES - The Branigan Book Club will hold its monthly meeting on Tuesday, Feb. 25, at 6:30 p.m. in the Kiva Room on the first floor of Thomas Branigan Memorial Library, 200 E. Picacho Ave. The discussion will center on James, a novel by Percival Everett.

The club meets on the fourth Tuesday of each month and typically selects books with a literary or serious nonfiction focus. Upcoming selections include The Women by Kristin Hannah in March, Beaverland: How One Weird Rodent Made America by Leila Philip in April, and Vera Wong’s Unsolicited Advice for Murderers by Jesse Q. Sutanto in May.

A limited number of copies of each month’s book selection are available for checkout at the library.
