The City of Las Cruces will offer spring swim lessons March 23 through April 2 at the Regional Aquatic Center and Natatorium. Registration is March 14.

Registration set for March 14 at the Regional Aquatic Center; classes run March 23 through April 2

LAS CRUCES - The City of Las Cruces Parks and Recreation Department will offer spring swim lessons March 23 through April 2 at the Las Cruces Regional Aquatic Center and the Las Cruces Natatorium, both located at 1401 and 1405 E. Hadley Ave.

Classes will meet Tuesday through Friday, with eight classes scheduled during the session.

Lesson times are:

Level 1
3:30 - 4 p.m.
4:15 - 4:45 p.m.
5 - 5:30 p.m.
5:45 - 6:15 p.m.

Level 2
3:30 - 4 p.m.
4:15 - 4:45 p.m.

Level 3
5 - 5:30 p.m.
5:45 - 6:15 p.m.

Parent and Me
6:15 - 7 p.m.

The cost is $45 per session for Parent and Me, Level 1 and Level 2 classes.

Registration will take place from 9 - 11 a.m. Saturday, March 14, at the Las Cruces Regional Aquatic Center.

Participants who want to enroll in Level 2 or higher but do not have a Red Cross completion card must complete a swim evaluation. Evaluations will be available March 5 through March 13 from noon to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday. Officials will not conduct evaluations during registration hours.

Class space is limited.
