County commissioners are scheduled to certify the results Friday, June 12, after more than 24,700 ballots were cast.

LAS CRUCES - The Doña Ana County Clerk’s Office announced Wednesday that canvassing of the 2026 primary election is complete after more than 24,700 ballots were cast.

The county Election Board has adjourned, according to the Clerk’s Office.

The Doña Ana County Board of Commissioners is scheduled to certify the election results at 1 p.m. Friday, June 12, at the Doña Ana County Government Center, 845 N. Motel Blvd. in Las Cruces.

Election results remain unofficial pending completion of the state canvass and certification by the state of New Mexico.
