LAS CRUCES - Families & Youth Innovations Plus will give away free backpacks for K-12 students from June 10 through July 10 at its Family Success Center in Las Cruces.

The giveaway, called Noé’s Backpack Giveaway Marathon, will provide one free backpack per student while supplies last. Backpacks must be picked up by the student’s guardian, according to FYI+.

The backpacks will be available during regular business hours at the Family Success Center, 715 E. Amador Ave.

The center is open from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Friday and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday.

Families with questions can call 575-339-1055 or email familysuccesscenter@fyinm.org.

FYI+ provides resources, support and services for children, youth and families in Doña Ana County.
